As of August 28, 1980, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago are enlarged to include the following described real property: That part of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 29, Township 35 North, Range 13 East of the Third Principal Meridian bounded and described as follows: Commencing at the point of intersection of the East line of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section with the South line of the Joliet Southern Traction Company right of way per Document No. 4871805, said point being 50.00 feet South of the Northeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section; thence South 0 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East along the East line of the Northeast 1/4 a distance of 2436.10 feet to the point of intersection with a line 50.00 feet North of and parallel with the N

Containing 148.3 acres.
