As of August 28, 1980, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago are enlarged to include the following described real property: The Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 35 North, Range 13 East of the Third Principal Meridian (excepting therefrom the South 150 feet being the Elgin Joliet and Eastern Railroad Company right-of-way and the Pure Transportation Company right-of-way and also excepting therefrom the North 50 feet being the Old Joliet Southern Traction Company right-of-way) all in Cook County, Illinois.
