§ 235-10 — Authority created; principal office
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 200/ Civic Center Code.·Art. Article 235 - Riverside Civic Center
There is hereby created a political subdivision, body politic and municipal corporation by the name and style of the Riverside Civic Center Authority in the metropolitan area. The principal office of the Authority shall be in the Village of Riverside.
