§ 218 — District enlarged
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
As of October 1, 1973, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago are extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook, State of Illinois, described as follows: The South half of the South West quarter of Section 17, Township 35 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Rich Township, Cook County, Illinois, and containing 80 acres more or less. The South half of the North half of the South West quarter of Section 17, Township 35 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Rich Township, Cook County, Illinois, and containing 40 acres more or less.
