As of July 28, 1971, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory situated in the Village of Homewood, County of Cook and State of Illinois, described as follows: That part of the West one-half (1/2) of the Northwest One-Quarter (1/4) of Section 1, Township 35 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, containing 19.73 acres more or less, beginning at a point of beginning 1342.24 feet South of the North line of the West one-half (1/2) of the Northwest one-quarter (1/4) of Section 1, Township 35 North, Range 13, and parallel to and along the west line of the west one-half (1/2) of the Northwest one-quarter (1/4) of Section 1, Township 35, North
