As of October 1, 1973, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago are extended to include the following described property: That part of the West one-half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 42 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal Meridian lying Northerly of the Northerly line of Algonquin Road, as said line is established by the plat of dedication recorded as Document #11686694, Cook County, Illinois, except the north 400.0 feet of the East 550.0 feet as measured on the east and north lines thereof of the West One-Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 42 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
