Text
The clerk of the circuit court shall certify the order for submission of the proposition, to the proper election authorities, who shall submit the proposition to the voters at an election in accordance with the general election law. In addition to the requirements of the general election law notice shall include a description of the territory. The notice shall further state that any such authority upon its establishment shall have the powers, objects and purposes provided by this Act, including the power to levy the tax authorized by this Act for airport operation and maintenance and other corporate purposes, and power to issue tax secured bonds.
