§ 2-120 — Ordinances, rules, and regulations; fines and penalties

The Board shall have power to pass all ordinances and make all rules and regulations proper or necessary to carry into effect the powers granted to the Authority, with such fines or penalties as may be deemed proper. All fines and penalties shall be imposed by ordinance, which shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation published in the metropolitan area. No such ordinance imposing a fine or penalty shall take effect until 10 days after its publication.
