Text

The Authority shall have the power (i) to apply for and accept grants, matching grants, loans or appropriations from the federal government or any agency or instrumentality thereof to be used for any of the purposes of the Authority and (ii) to enter into any agreement with the federal government in relation to such grants, matching grants, loans or appropriations.
