Text
The Authority has the power (i) to acquire and accept by purchase, lease, gift, or otherwise any property or rights from any person or persons or from any governmental agency, useful for its purposes, (ii) to apply for and accept grants, matching grants, loans, or appropriations from any governmental agency to be used for any of the purposes of the Authority, and (iii) to enter into any agreement with a governmental agency in relation to those grants, matching grants, loans, or appropriations.
