Text
In acquiring the fee or any lesser right in real property, or in acquiring equipment or other personal property by purchase under this Act, a district may enter into contracts for such purchases providing for payment in installments over a period of time not more than 10 years. The indebtedness incurred under this Section when aggregated with existing indebtedness, may not exceed the debt limits provided in Section 15 of this Act.
