§ 12-16 — Appeals

Unless otherwise provided in this Act, appeals may be taken from the final judgments or orders as in other civil cases. An appeal from a judgment on an assessment roll shall be taken in the time and manner as is now or may hereafter be provided for taking an appeal from a judgment on the collector's application for judgment and order of sale for delinquent general taxes. Appeals may be joint or separate. No appeal shall affect the validity of any order or judgment as to any tract of land or other property not directly involved in such appeal, except as provided in Sections 3-25 and 8-6 of this Act.
