§ 124 — District enlarged
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
As of August 2, 1949, the corporate limits of the Sanitary District of Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook and State of Illinois, hereinafter described as follows: Commencing at the south west corner of the east and west half section line of Section 2, Town of Palos, running thence north to the north west corner of the east and west half section line of Section 32, Town of Lyons, thence running east to the north and south half section line of Section 33, thence running north to the Des Plaines river, following such river to the north section line of Section 33, thence running east to the north and south half section line of Section 34, thence running south to the east and west half section
