§ 122 — District enlarged
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
As of August 2, 1949, the corporate limits of the Sanitary District of Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook and State of Illinois, hereinafter described as follows: All that portion of Section Eight (8), Township Thirty-nine (39) North, Range Twelve (12) East of the Third Principal Meridian, situated in Cook County, Illinois, which is not at present embraced and included within the corporate limits of the Sanitary District of Chicago.
