Text
Beginning July 1, 2003 and prior to July 1 of each year through and including 2007, each county water commission shall from any legally available sources transfer the sum of $15,000,000 to the county board of the home county to be used for county purposes. This amendatory Act of the 93rd General Assembly is subordinate to any legally required payment of principal, interest, or required reserve pursuant to the county water commission's debt obligations.
