§ 6-2-6 — Canvass; record

A certified copy of the canvass of the votes on the proposition specified in Section 6-2-2, made by the proper officers of the election, shall be transmitted to the municipal clerk, and to the clerk of the county or counties in which the municipality is located. Each clerk shall transcribe the copy upon the records of the clerk's office.
