The proposition shall be in substantially the following form: -------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Shall the city (or village) of YES .... adopt the commission form of --------------------------- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - municipal government? NO -------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - If a majority of the electors voting upon this proposition vote Yes, this article is adopted in that municipality. This article shall go into operation in such city or village upon the date of the next general municipal election. If a majority of the electors voting upon this proposition vote No, the proposition shall not be submitted again in that municipality for 22 months.
