§ 3C-14 — Violations
Illinois·Topic TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 625 VEHICLES·Act 625 ILCS 45/ Boat Registration and Safety Act.·Art. Article IIIC - Lost And Abandoned Watercraft
Any person who violates or aids and abets in the violation of Section 3C-1 of this Act is guilty of a petty offense, and may be required by the court to make a disposition on the abandoned or unclaimed watercraft.
