§ 20-202 — Act not retroactive
Illinois·Topic TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 625 VEHICLES·Act 625 ILCS 5/ Illinois Vehicle Code.·Art. Article II - Effect Of Act
This Act shall not have a retroactive effect and shall not apply to any traffic crash, to a cause of action arising out of a traffic crash or judgment arising therefrom, or to any violation of the laws of this State, occurring prior to the effective date of this Act.
