Text
All fees and fines collected by the Commission under this Chapter shall be paid into the Transportation Regulatory Fund in the State Treasury. The money in that fund shall be used to defray the expenses of the administration of this Chapter and for the purposes specified in Section 18c-1601 of this Code.
