§ 18a-304 — Operators - Unlawful Practices
Illinois·Topic TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 625 VEHICLES·Act 625 ILCS 5/ Illinois Vehicle Code.·Art. Article III - Requirements And Prohibitions
It shall be unlawful for any operator:
(1)To act as an operator without a valid, current operator's employment permit.
(2)To violate any other provision of this Chapter, or of Commission regulations or orders adopted under this Chapter.
