§ 11-416 — Furnishing copies; fees

The Illinois State Police may furnish copies of an Illinois State Police Traffic Crash Report that has been investigated by the Illinois State Police and shall be paid a fee of $5 for each such copy, or in the case of a crash which was investigated by a crash reconstruction officer or crash reconstruction team, a fee of $20 shall be paid. These fees shall be deposited into the State Police Services Fund. The Department may use an online payment system for these fees.
