Text
After the payment of all transaction costs, including payments for legal, accounting, financial, consultation, and other professional services, all moneys received by the State as compensation for the public-private agreement shall be deposited into the South Suburban Airport Improvement Fund, which is hereby created as a special fund in the State treasury. Expenditures may be made from the South Suburban Airport Improvement Fund only in the manner as appropriated by the General Assembly by law.
