§ 70-20 — Prosecution for penalties and forfeitures

The supervisor shall prosecute in the name of the township or otherwise, as may be necessary, for all penalties or forfeitures given by law to the township or for its use and for which no other officer is especially directed to prosecute, except as may be otherwise directed by the electors at a township meeting.
