Text
The township clerk shall cause all by-laws, rules, and regulations of the township to be published within 20 days after their adoption by posting them in 3 public places in the town. The clerk also shall cause the by-laws, rules, and regulations to be inserted once in a newspaper published in the township if there is such a newspaper. All by-laws, rules, and regulations shall take effect and be in force from the date of their adoption unless otherwise directed by the electors.
