§ 230-5 — CETA funds

The township board in counties with a population of less than 1,000,000 may receive funds from the United States under the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973, Public Law 93-203, and may disburse those funds together with any other township funds for the purposes specified in that Act.
