No action under Section 220-15 shall be taken at any annual or special township meeting unless the notice of the meeting, published at least 10 days before the meeting, included notification that the matter of the expenditure of funds under that Section by the township or the distribution of funds to an organization or board under that Section would be raised at the meeting.
