Text
Upon the death of a person who is liable for maintenance charges imposed by Section 185-30 and who is possessed of property, the executor or administrator of the person's estate shall ascertain from the board of directors the extent of the charges. The claim shall be allowed and paid as other lawful claims against the estate.
