Text
Vacancies in the board of managers occasioned by death, resignation, removal, or otherwise shall be reported by the board to the township supervisors or highway commissioners and shall be filled, in the same manner as original appointments, by the supervisor of the township or highway commissioner of the road district in which the deceased, resigned, removed, or retiring member resided.
