Text
Every person holding any license, salmon stamp, inland trout stamp, or permit issued under this Code shall have it in his or her possession for immediate presentation for inspection to the authorized employees of the Department, or to any sheriff, deputy sheriff, or any other peace officer, making a demand for it within his or her jurisdiction.
