Text

All aquatic life or any part of aquatic life taken, bought, sold or bartered, shipped, or had in possession contrary to any of the provisions of this Code, including administrative rules, is contraband and subject to seizure and confiscation by any authorized employee of the Department. Contraband aquatic life or any part of aquatic life seized and confiscated shall be disposed of as directed by the Department.
