Text
The Department may produce under Section 1-135 any aquatic life or their eggs and distribute them to suitable waters for propagation or restocking. Planting stock not required for State and public owned waters may be sold to owners of other water areas for stocking purposes at a price not greater than the cost of production to the State. The sale of planting stock to these water owners shall be upon conditions and plans as may be approved by the Department for the purposes of producing a fishery.
