Text

All prosecutions shall be brought in the name and by the authority of the People of the State of Illinois before the Circuit Court for the county where the offense was committed. All State's Attorneys shall enforce the provisions of this Code, including administrative rules, in their respective counties and shall prosecute all persons charged with violating its provisions when so requested by the Department.
