§ 180 — Deposit of fees and fines
Illinois·Topic AGRICULTURE AND CONSERVATION·Ch. 510 ANIMALS·Act 510 ILCS 72/ Humane Euthanasia in Animal Shelters Act.
All of the fees and civil penalties collected under this Act shall be deposited into the General Professions Dedicated Fund and shall be used by the Department for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department.
