§ 17a — Application of Act
Illinois·Topic AGRICULTURE AND CONSERVATION·Ch. 510 ANIMALS·Act 510 ILCS 35/ Illinois Bovidae and Cervidae Tuberculosis Eradication Act.
This Act shall not prevent the movement of cattle, bison, sheep, goats, antelope, or cervids into stockyards registered under the Packers and Stockyards Act, a State-Federal approved slaughtering establishment or a marketing center.
