§ 135 — Order or certified copy
Illinois·Topic AGRICULTURE AND CONSERVATION·Ch. 510 ANIMALS·Act 510 ILCS 72/ Humane Euthanasia in Animal Shelters Act.
An order or a certified copy of an order, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Director, shall be prima facie proof that:
(1)the signature is the genuine signature of the Director; and (2) the Director is duly appointed and qualified. This proof may be rebutted.
