The Agricultural Areas Committee of the county board shall hold a public hearing on any proposal for the creation of an agricultural area. Such hearing shall be held at a place within the proposed area or a place readily accessible to the proposed area. Notice of the hearing shall contain a statement of the time, date and place of the public hearing and a description of the proposed area and any proposed additions. Such notice shall in addition contain a statement that the public hearing will be held concerning the original proposal, any written amendments proposed during the 30 day review period and any recommendations proposed by the county committee or the planning commissions.
