§ 999 — Effective date
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 50 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Act 50 ILCS 470/ Innovation Development and Economy Act.
This Act takes effect upon becoming law, except that Section 63 takes effect on July 1, 2010 and Section 66 takes effect January 1, 2011.
