Text
The provisions of this Act and the applications thereof to any person or circumstance are declared to be severable. If any section, clause, sentence, paragraph, part or provision of this Act shall be held to be invalid by any Court, it shall be conclusively presumed that the remaining portions of this Act would have been passed by the Legislature without such invalid section, clause, sentence, paragraph, part or provision. If the application of any section, clause, sentence, paragraph, part or provision of this Act to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the application thereof to other persons or circumstances.
