§ 12
The Board of Commissioners may employ such technical, professional, and clerical assistants as are necessary and expedient for the proper performance of its duties and for the accomplishment of the objects and purposes of the Commission. The salaries, fees, or other compensation of any such employee shall be fixed and determined by the Board of Commissioners. For the purpose of aiding and cooperating with a Public Building Commission, the municipal corporations participating in its organization may assign or loan any of their employees, whether under Civil Service or not, to the Public Building Commission to aid in the performance of any of the work of the Public Building Commission, and may provide necessary office space, equipment or other facilities for the Public Building Commission.
