(a)The Board shall work with the Illinois State Police, local law enforcement, victim-centered, trauma-informed human trafficking service providers, and survivor leaders to develop, on or before July 1, 2026, academy and in-service curriculum standards for training on victim-centered, trauma-informed detection, investigation, and response to human trafficking victims certified by the Board.
(b)The Board shall conduct or approve an in-service training program in the detection, investigation, and victim-centered, trauma-informed response to victims of all forms of human trafficking, including, but not limited to, involuntary servitude under subsection (b) of Section 10-9 of the Criminal Code of 2012, involuntary sexual servitude of a minor under subsection (c) of Section 10-9 of the Crimin
