(was 5 ILCS 620/42) Sec. 250-5. Title to State fair grounds. The people of the State of Illinois shall succeed to all the right, title, and interest of the Illinois Department of Agriculture in and to the State fair grounds and to all lands, buildings, money, unexpended appropriations, or other property connected therewith.
