Text
Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the Legislative Inspector General may investigate any allegation or complaint of sexual harassment without the approval of the Legislative Ethics Commission. At each Legislative Ethics Commission meeting, the Legislative Inspector General shall inform the Commission of each investigation opened under this Section since the last meeting of the Commission.
