(a)The following Acts or parts of Acts are repealed: The State Seal Act. The State Bird Act. The State Insect Act. The Official Language Act. The State Mineral Act. The State Slogan Act. The State Song Act. The State Tree and State Flower Act. The State Animal Act. The State Fish Act. The State Prairie Grass Act. Section 8 of the Illinois State Agency Historic Resources Preservation Act. The State Folk Dance Act.
(b)The following Sections are repealed in subsection (a) without being continued in the State Designations Act: Section 0.01 (short title) of the State Seal Act, Section 0.01 (short title) of the State Bird Act, Section 0.01 (short title) of the State Insect Act, Section 0.01 (short title) of the Official Language Act, Section 0.01 (short title) of the State Mineral Act, Section
