§ 6 — Violations
Illinois·Topic HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 430 PUBLIC SAFETY·Act 430 ILCS 10/ Liquefied Petroleum Gas Container Act.
Any person who shall fail to comply with any of the foregoing provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a Class B misdemeanor, for which the fine shall be not less than $1,000 and not more than $1,500 for each offense.
