Illinois·Topic HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 430 PUBLIC SAFETY·Act 430 ILCS 35/ Uniform Hazardous Substances Act of Illinois.
Substances which are in compliance with the Federal Hazardous Substances Act and the rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto, and which are not in conflict with this Act and the rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto, are in compliance with this Act.
