The Office shall have power in any county in the State of Illinois to summon and compel the attendance of witnesses before it to testify in relation to any matter which is by the provision of this Act a subject of inquiry and investigation, and may require the production of any book, paper or other document it deems pertinent thereto, and it may require the prompt disclosure of the beneficiaries of any trust by the trustee, the disclosure by any named beneficiary of a trust of all persons who have any direct or indirect interest in the trust or who derive any direct or indirect benefit therefrom, the disclosure of a principal by his nominee, and the disclosure by a corporation of each person who holds 5% or more of the shares of stock of the corporation.
