§ 57 — Agency fees
Illinois·Topic HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 415 ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY·Act 415 ILCS 175/ Paint Stewardship Act.
All fees submitted to the Agency under this Act shall be deposited into the Solid Waste Management Fund to be used for costs associated with the administration of this Act.
