§ 25d-6 — Agency coordination

Beginning January 1, 2006, the Agency shall coordinate with the Department of Public Health to provide training to regional and local health department staff on the use of the information posted on the Internet under Section 25d-5 of this Title. Also beginning January 1, 2006, the Agency shall coordinate with the Department of Public Health to provide training to licensed water well drillers on the use of the information posted on the Internet under Section 25d-5 of this Title in relation to the location and installation of new wells serving private, semi-private, and non-community water systems.
