All final administrative decisions of the Department of Public Health, the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, and the Illinois State Police are subject to judicial review under the Administrative Review Law and the rules adopted under that Law. The term "administrative decision" is defined as in Section 3-101 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
